revYOGA- our original sequence. An intense, accessible full-body workout combining Yoga-inspired movements with strength-training. 60 minutes.

All levels welcome

revSPORT- developed with elite athlete trainer and physiotherapist Doug Stacey, this full-body sequence delivers superior challenge for leg, hip and core strength and mobility. 60 minutes.

All levels welcome

revMIX- shred the whole body and burn calories in this perfect combination of high-cardio, plyometrics and resistance training. This is a body-changing workout. 60 minutes.

Intermediate level; brave first-timers are welcome!

revCOMBO- 45 minutes of revYOGA movements followed by traditional Yoga postures to stretch and unwind. 60 minutes.

revFLOW- this class has beautiful flow while delivering a great workout you’ll feel in your legs and glutes. We use only one band for the hour making this class a great option for first-timers. 60 minutes.
