Water is your ally!
We recommend our riders drink water before, during and after class. We sweat a lot and it is important to replenish our bodies and stay hydrated!
I know, we keep saying it! You will sweat. At Pure Vibe we recommend lightweight t-shirts or tanks, form fitting pants or shorts. Socks are recommended and helpful.
Fuel is important.
You need energy to give energy! We recommend eating a light snack 30 to 45 mins before hopping on the bike, fuel your body for a sustainable ride.
Shoes are required.
At Pure Vibe we require that all riders bring clean indoor shoes. If you have your own cycling shoe, GREAT! We can clip you in with an SPD cleats for a more powerful ride! (shoe rentals coming soon)
